Kisatchie National Forest

Kisatchie National Forest is a sprawling forest covering over 604,000 acres in central and northwestern Louisiana. Visitors to the forest can enjoy hiking, camping, fishing, and hunting in designated areas. New Orleans is a popular destination in Louisiana, but the state has many other attractions worth visiting, including state parks, historic plantations, and the Atchafalaya Basin.
